Stärkande ord inför 2010

Varje år lägger jag in följande lilla citat i bloggen. Sedan 2004. Alltid i juletider.
Jag kan fortfarande inte läsa texten utan att få gåshud.

Detta är vad personligt ledarskap handlar om.
Framförallt de sista två styckena. Det är de som är själva poängen.

our presence automatically liberates others."
